Guo Zhijian entered the cable company in 1994 . He was an ordinary operator on the tandem line at the earliest, because he preferred to study the electrical field. When there was a problem with the equipment on the production line, he followed the mechanic to watch. In 2004 , he changed his job to do machine repair and was responsible for electrical maintenance. At first, there were still people with him. By 2008 , he was the only electrician in the cable factory, and each manufacturer's electric control equipment had its own unique design, which had to be familiar with by himself.
