Daye Peak Completed Transformation of Chute Fan in Cement Mill System
News Recently, Daye Peak Cement Company completed transformation of 17 Chute Fan in Cement Mill System and put it into use. After nearly half a month of operation, the effect is remarkable and the expected effect of technical transformation has been achieved.
Following the successful transformation of the chute fan under the large cloth bag of the cement mill roller press in 2019 , Daye Peak used the opportunity of the annual maintenance of the cement mill in 2020 to transform the storage hoist, the grinding tail hoist and the chute fan into the mill of 3 roller press, dismantle the modified 17 5.5KW motor chute fans, and install 2 11KW motor chute fans at each place. After a week of dismantling, installation and commissioning, it was completed and put into use on 3 July 25 . After the transformation of the chute fan is completed, it not only reduces the workload of daily maintenance of employees, reduces the consumption of machine materials and energy consumption, but also simplifies the complexity and improves the work efficiency.
