Daye Peak has two central control rooms of clinker production line and waste heat power generation, each of which undertakes corresponding functions. At present, there is only one person in each class in the central control room of waste heat power generation. it is necessary to operate 7 computers such as DCS operator computer, water gas operation computer, waste heat power generation background computer, total reduction background computer, waste heat power generation total reduction monitoring computer, etc. it is inconvenient for operators to eat and go to the toilet, and there are also potential safety hazards. 2020 Daye Peak has been reorganized to incorporate waste heat power generation into the Manufacturing Department. Therefore, during the maintenance period, Daye Peak moved the DCS system operating computer for waste heat power generation to the central control room of the clinker production line to realize unified management of the manufacturing department and further optimize the post configuration.
