One day, I saw a vehicle transporting clinker at the scene, and a little clinker was spilled on the road at the turning place of the intersection, so I informed the squad leader on duty to arrange two people to clean it up. I asked him to inform him on the intercom and not to call the roll, which was deliberately arranged. After more than ten minutes, I went to the scene again and saw two employees cleaning carefully. This does not belong to the scope of their work. At that moment, their conscious behavior made me feel their selfless dedication.

At the end of last year, due to prolonged rainfall, the sandstone was relatively wet when it entered the factory. The wet material is easy to build up material, which brings great pressure to the sandstone crushing. After learning of this situation, I arranged for the packaging system to assist. At that time, the temperature was relatively low, but they were all wearing single clothes when clearing the material. Although the vest was sweating, it was still hot. Even on unsupervised nights, everyone can consciously stick to the time required. For several days in a row, all the participating employees assisted in their work there without complaint or regret. This is a kind of work attitude, a kind of master spirit, but also a kind of sublimation of the realm.
