. Recently, the first PD-L1 immunotherapy drug duvalizumab (Yingfeifan) approved for listing in China has officially started to be sold. Xinhua Pharmacy, the peak pharmacy, has become the only designated pharmacy in Yingfeifan in Jinqu region and is also the designated service point for charity drug donation in Yingfeifan. On March 27, Xinhua Pharmacy completed the first sale of Yingfeifan, which was delivered to patients by licensed pharmacists in the pharmacy.

Infeifan was formally approved by the National Drug Administration (NMPA) in December 2019 for the treatment of patients with unresectable, stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not progressed after receiving platinum-based chemotherapy and concurrent radiotherapy. The results of phase III PACIFIC clinical trials show that the use of Imfinzi immunotherapy after concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy reduces the risk of death by nearly 32% in patients with stage III inoperable NSCLC. The median progression-free survival (PFS) is 16.8 months, and the 3-year overall survival rate (OS) is as high as 57%. Infineon is the first PD-L1 immunosuppressant approved for the treatment of stage III lung cancer in mainland China. The approval marks a new era of immunotherapy for unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer in China.

In order to improve the accessibility and standardization of lung cancer immunotherapy for lung cancer patients, reduce the economic burden of patients and prolong the life of patients. The China Primary Health Care Foundation officially launched the "Aifan-Lung Cancer Immunotherapy Patient Assistance Project" on February 29. Patients with low-income insurance who meet the indications for the treatment of duvalizumab can receive free charity drugs until the disease progresses. In the first round, patients can get 2 courses of drug assistance free of charge after using 2 courses of duvalizumab at their own expense; in the second round, patients can get 4 courses of drug assistance free of charge after using 4 courses of duvalizumab at their own expense; in the third round, patients can get 8 courses of free drug assistance after using 6 courses of duvalizumab at their own expense, under the premise that the disease does not progress, the subsequent application for drug donation can be circulated. After investigation and evaluation in various aspects, Xinhua Pharmacy has become a designated service point for charity drug donation in Yingfeifan in Jinliqu area.

Xinhua Pharmacy is a designated pharmacy for serious illness medical insurance in Jinhua City, with complete drug equipment. All hardware facilities are perfect. For drugs that need to be refrigerated, pharmacies have special refrigerators for storage. The refrigerators are equipped with monitoring probes, which are connected to the mobile phone system. If the temperature is abnormal, SMS alarm will be issued. At the same time, Xinhua Pharmacy is also equipped with special personnel to provide drug donation services, which have previously been identified as designated service points for charity drug donation of many varieties such as Terrisa, Iressa, Gnico, Herceptin and Libitai.
