In terms of environmental protection work, Zhongwang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. successively sealed all wastewater treatment tanks in 2019, and reformed the exhaust gas absorption tower of the workshop and sewage station. The sealed sewage tank was added with induced air to the exhaust gas absorption device, effectively solving the problem of unorganized exhaust gas on site. New RTO tail gas treatment device and VOCS online monitoring facility are added to make the tail gas emission meet the standard under monitoring; the new plate and frame filter press is used to replace the old decanter centrifuge, which effectively solves the problem of high sludge humidity, greatly reduces the cost of hazardous waste treatment, and further improves the comprehensive environmental management level in the plant.
