Zhongwang Pharmaceutical Safety Production Work Commended

A few days ago, Anhui Zhongwang Pharmaceutical Company was rated as "2019 Advanced Unit of Safety Production" by Dongzhu Economic Development Zone ".

Since joining Jianfeng Pharmaceutical, Zhongwang Pharmaceutical has further strengthened its safety and environmental protection work under the leadership of the Dongzhizai Economic Development Zone Management Committee, the Group and the Pharmaceutical Industry, and implemented various goals and tasks of safe production. Line, adhere to the policy of "people-oriented" and "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management", fully implement the "one post with two responsibilities" for safe production, and carry out safe production actions in a solid manner, continuously improve the construction of safety production system, establish and improve the long-term mechanism of safety production, and promote the scientific, institutionalized and standardized construction of safety production. In 2019, Zhongwang Pharmaceutical will focus on strengthening the education of safety laws and regulations and special governance, continue to increase the supervision of safety production, and earnestly carry out special actions for the investigation and management of hidden dangers in safety production, so as to move the gate forward and the center of gravity downward, and actively explore ways to adapt to the management and supervision of safety production. New concepts and new methods, comprehensively promote the in-depth implementation of various safety measures.

In terms of environmental protection work, Zhongwang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. successively sealed all wastewater treatment tanks in 2019, and reformed the exhaust gas absorption tower of the workshop and sewage station. The sealed sewage tank was added with induced air to the exhaust gas absorption device, effectively solving the problem of unorganized exhaust gas on site. New RTO tail gas treatment device and VOCS online monitoring facility are added to make the tail gas emission meet the standard under monitoring; the new plate and frame filter press is used to replace the old decanter centrifuge, which effectively solves the problem of high sludge humidity, greatly reduces the cost of hazardous waste treatment, and further improves the comprehensive environmental management level in the plant. No environmental pollution incident occurred throughout the year. In the annual safety and environmental protection assessment, Zhongwang Pharmaceutical's environmental protection assessment scored 97 points, ranking first among the enterprises in the park.
