2019 is an extraordinary year for Daye Peak. The strictest environmental protection supervision in history, the mandatory 60-day peak shift and kiln shutdown, and strict control of enterprise production during the Wuhan Military Games, but we still overcome many difficulties and achieved remarkable results.
As a production manager, I have fulfilled my duties seriously.
1. takes the practice of the "standard year" as the fulcrum and compiles more than 30 operating standards in terms of operating procedures, civil engineering, safety and environmental protection. The site is cleaner and orderly, and the operation is more standardized and safe.
2. actively promote the environmental restoration and treatment of the two self-owned mines. At present, the treatment of Baiyunsi sand shale mine has been completed. The original bare slope is full of flowers. The treatment of Jinshan limestone mine has also been fully rolled out. The improvement of platform sections, road hardening, slope netting and platform greening have achieved initial results. The secondary safety standardization has entered the publicity stage and the safety production license has been postponed as scheduled.
3. cement delivery system has achieved remarkable dust control effect. On-site civilized sanitation has become the benchmark of the company. Hardware investment is the foundation, and long-term mechanism is to ask for results from management. We have reduced the workload of employees by rectifying the leakage and controlling the source. Through strict assessment, we will change the littering habits of employees and loading drivers and create an atmosphere of joint management. Through the formulation of hygiene standards, the "broken window effect" will be prevented ".
4. has vigorously implemented the system mandatory shutdown maintenance system, made good foresight and planning, ensured the effective operation rate, and cultivated the good working habits of equipment and process engineers.
