2019 is an extraordinary year for Daye Peak. The strictest environmental protection supervision in history, the mandatory 60-day peak shift and kiln shutdown, and strict control of enterprise production during the Wuhan Military Games, but we still overcome many difficulties and achieved remarkable results.
As a production manager, I have fulfilled my duties seriously.

3. cement delivery system has achieved remarkable dust control effect. On-site civilized sanitation has become the benchmark of the company. Hardware investment is the foundation, and long-term mechanism is to ask for results from management. We have reduced the workload of employees by rectifying the leakage and controlling the source. Through strict assessment, we will change the littering habits of employees and loading drivers and create an atmosphere of joint management. Through the formulation of hygiene standards, the "broken window effect" will be prevented ".
4. has vigorously implemented the system mandatory shutdown maintenance system, made good foresight and planning, ensured the effective operation rate, and cultivated the good working habits of equipment and process engineers.
