This year, the overall working ideas and requirements of the management team in the raw material workshop of our pharmaceutical factory are summarized in four words: responsibility and efficiency. In the process of arranging work, managers should refine the division of labor and assign responsibilities to people; in the process of promoting work, they should emphasize the implementation of responsibilities and highlight work efficiency; when evaluating their own work and subordinates' work, they should focus on the effect of responsibility implementation and the improvement of work efficiency. Responsibility and efficiency are like a person's left hand and right hand, two hands are equally important, two hands are indispensable, both hands must be strong. For a long time to come, "responsibility" and "efficiency" will be a yardstick to measure our work. Especially when managers face problems, they should use this criterion to solve the problem.
At the same time, when promoting the management concepts of "responsibility" and "efficiency", managers should adhere to the result-oriented approach and achieve the "five priorities": emphasizing system implementation, responsibility implementation, supervision in place, rewards and punishments, and repeated summary learning to ensure that the management concepts of "responsibility" and "efficiency" are implemented, finally, a cultural atmosphere of implementing responsibilities and pursuing work efficiency is formed in the workshop.
As the director of the raw material workshop, I have four requirements for the management team:
The meeting will be fully discussed and not discussed in private. The members of the management team can speak freely at the closed-door meeting. Once a resolution is formed, members of the management team are not allowed to privately discuss and express opinions and opinions that are different from the resolution.
Communicate privately and avoid public kidnapping. It is normal for members of the management team to have different opinions or even differences at work. We can make up for differences and solve problems through private and frank communication, instead of blushing in public or attacking each other in WeChat groups. This is childish and stupid.
Communicate calmly and avoid yelling. The premise of communication is mutual respect, empathy, and peace of mind. The atmosphere of communication should also be friendly, honest with each other, open-minded, not yelling, let alone rage. As the saying goes: "reason is not loud." People who yell or get angry at things are not suitable for living in today's people-oriented society.
Mutual cooperation, mutual understanding and compromise. "The beginning of all things, the road to simple, derived to complex." Nowadays, the division of labor in society is becoming more and more detailed. No one knows everything, let alone everything. Therefore, in order to make up for the lack of individuals, there has been a team to work together. With a team, it is necessary to cooperate, cooperation will inevitably have different ideas and opinions, and even differences.
