As a key investment project in the peak cement sector, Guizhou Huangping Peak Cement Company has made active efforts to resume construction as soon as possible while doing a good job in the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic. Since it was approved to resume work on February 12, project construction and equipment installation have been carried out one after another, and all construction work is basically on the right track.

Traffic and logistics were blocked in most parts of the country due to the impact of the new crown epidemic. In order to resume construction work as soon as possible, on January 30, Guizhou Jianfeng management team returned to the project site to implement epidemic prevention and control and resume construction work, strictly in accordance with the requirements of the group company, aiming at the characteristics of large number of personnel, wide sources and difficult prevention and control in the construction project under construction, combined with relevant documents of Huangping county government, formulated the epidemic prevention and control work plan and emergency plan, and defined the epidemic prevention and control work responsibilities.

Since early February, Guizhou Jianfeng employees and foreign construction personnel have returned one after another. In order to effectively prevent and control the epidemic situation, Guizhou Jianfeng cooperated with the local government to earnestly implement the information investigation of the returning personnel. The returning personnel from other places in Guizhou were strictly carried out in accordance with the procedures of hospital physical examination and 14-day home isolation observation. The temperature of the isolated personnel was measured twice a day in the morning and afternoon to report their health status. At the same time, a service team was set up to deliver meals, thus solving the living needs of the isolated personnel, relieve the psychological pressure of the isolation personnel until the isolation period expires and the body temperature measurement returns to work normally. At the same time, Guizhou Jianfeng has taken many measures to step up publicity efforts, using WeChat groups, posters, slogans and other means to publicize the health science knowledge of novel coronavirus infection pneumonia in a timely manner, and implement prevention and control measures. Intensify investigation efforts, grasp the basic situation of returning personnel, do a good job in registration and investigation, organize health examination, and timely grasp the health conditions of all kinds of personnel; Strengthen personal protection and disinfection and sterilization in office places, protective masks, hand sanitizer and other protective articles were distributed to employees, and offices, canteens, dormitories, toilets and other areas were disinfected and killed daily to cut off the source of infection. The factory area is managed in a closed way, and the entrance and exit personnel are registered and their body temperature is measured. At the same time, non-staff personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the canteen, and measures are taken to eat in batches according to time periods. On February 13, the first batch of construction personnel officially entered the site to resume the construction of deep pressure pump room. With the reduction of the epidemic prevention and control level in Guizhou Province from level 1 to level 3 on February 23, the return of personnel from outsourcing units has accelerated, and various construction work has gradually been on the right track.

As of March 9, the installation of equipment such as Guizhou Jianfeng kiln head power room, limestone power room, general step-down station, raw meal homogenization warehouse, raw material mixing station, firing kiln head and other equipment and the decoration of living quarters have resumed construction one after another, and most of the civil construction has returned to normal. Guizhou peak and outsourcing construction and installation units returned to work with a total of 549 personnel in normal physical condition.
