Shortly after the closure of my hometown, the company's leaders, factory leaders, workshop directors and colleagues contacted me many times to learn about my health and told me not to go out and protect myself. In our village, a notice on the first day of the new year called back the grass-roots staff who should have been reunited at home. The grass-roots cadres and Party members in the countryside took the lead in investigation, visit and publicity at the risk of infection.
