In order to let them understand and master the knowledge of cement production as soon as possible, starting from July 2019, they have been divided into 6 batches. He was sent to Daye Jianfeng Cement Company for pre-job training. In Daye Peak, they followed the old masters in various positions and began to learn from the most basic cleaning, maintenance equipment and material sampling in the production line, and quickly completed the transformation from graduates to employees in cement enterprises. Their characteristics of hard-working, studious and diligent thinking have also been unanimously recognized by the masters. In addition to learning business skills, after work, new employees also actively participate in various activities organized by Daye Peak, and forged a deep friendship with the old ones.

At present, Guizhou has entered the rainy season, which brings many inconveniences to the busy equipment installation work in Guizhou.
