When I first arrived at Daye Peak, my brain was blank. In my opinion, its production process is nothing more than: the running-in between people and equipment and the running-in between people. People and machines need heart and time, while people need understanding and tolerance. After two months of on-site equipment familiarity with learning, this is indeed the case. The equipment never realizes the understanding. The working principle has never been understood. The process flow is from vague to clear. Every bit of growth takes a lot of my thoughts and time.
The running-in between people and the world is far more difficult than the running-in between people and machines. As a business, there are no strongest individuals, only the strongest groups. As a central control operator, besides his own operation skills, communication with others is essential. When leaders arrange work for us, they should obey the arrangement and listen carefully to the work content. When we convey orders to the on-site staff, we should clarify the contents. When giving orders to patrol inspection, we should take our seats and pay attention to our tone. In this series of complex and interlaced relationships, we must learn to think from each other's standpoint and achieve understanding and tolerance. Only in this way can our work be carried out normally and effectively.
I remember how spectacular and magnificent it was to look at the live video of the whole wall and the long computer monitor when I first went to the central control. Look at the teachers again, skilled and free control, the in the mind have unspeakable excitement and envy. When I sat down and picked up the mouse in my hand to try, due to nervousness, the mouse arrow moved at one point and could not point the page I wanted to point. The teachers always preach and demonstrate patiently, and I also try while listening and watching. Can try n many times, finally ended in failure. At that moment, I felt so stupid that I couldn't even point a mouse, let alone other operations. The teacher seemed to see what was on my mind and comforted me by saying: Everyone is like this for the first time. Don't be nervous and practice more. At the end of the day, I can only teach me how to move.
Every bit of our growth is not only our own efforts, but also the teachings and efforts of our teachers. From equipment to technology, from basic operation to fault handling, every step forward is indispensable for the teachers to preach painstakingly. Sometimes, the master is like a strict teacher, let me go east, I dare not go west; let me face up, I dare not face down. Sometimes, the master is like an elder, caring and attentive, bringing me food and use, and spoiling me like a princess. Sometimes, teachers are like friends and brothers, talking together and "hi pi". In my heart, the master is my lifelong mentor.
Now, when I return to our half-completed factory area in Guizhou Jianfeng, although it looks messy, at this moment, it is a complete cement production line in my brain, every piece of equipment, every area All are clearly printed in my mind. Looking at this strange and familiar piece, my heart is full of confidence and hope.
