The total installed capacity of the raw material mill roller press of Guizhou Peak Project is about 4500KW . According to the design, the raw material throughput per hour can reach 1400 tons. The hoisting of the fixed roller and the movable roller of the raw material mill roller press is all manual work. The installer uses four chain blocks to fix the four lifting lugs of the roller press with steel wire ropes. The roller press is lifted to the installation platform at 1.1 points, and then dropped to the fixed points without any difference. Every promotion, displacement or fall requires the coordinated operation of all installation personnel, which is a great test for the technology and patience of installation personnel and the coordination ability of command personnel.
