News Recently, Daye Peak Cement Company completed the hardware installation of raw material element analyzer for raw material feeding roller press V belt selection and the connection between the instrument and the central control. The software will be debugged in the next step and put into use after completion.
The system consists of electronic belt scale, y- ray analyzer, control software of computer system and network communication. It detects the chemical composition of raw materials entering and leaving the roller press every minute, transmits it to the raw material quality computer control system through digital communication, and compares it with the set value of the raw material quality computer control system. Through optimization calculation, it continuously adjusts the blanking ratio of each raw material, regulate the blanking of each raw material through the control device. The raw material quality of the roller press is very stable.
After the system is used, the control period can be shortened from 1 hours to 1 minutes, which can truly achieve online real-time quality control, which can make the raw material batching system replace the traditional pure long lag feedback control by the front rapid control, and at the same time, it will also improve the uniformity of raw material entering the kiln and the operation rate of the kiln, and stabilize the thermal system of the kiln, so as to improve the production capacity and clinker quality, and extend the service life of the kiln refractory brick.
