Daye Peak passed the review of cleaner production audit and acceptance expert group

News 12# July 12 afternoon, at the cleaner production audit and acceptance expert review meeting organized by Huangshi Ecological Environment Bureau, according to the Guidelines for Cleaner Production Audit and Acceptance, Daye Peak Cement Company passed the review of cleaner production audit and acceptance expert group with a comprehensive score of 85.6 points, it has reached the advanced enterprise level of clean production in cement industry (Grade II).

This review meeting was presided over by Liu Peng, Chief of Pollution Prevention Section of Huangshi Environmental Protection Bureau. Five experts from Hubei Solid Waste Center, Wuhan Institute of Technology and Huangshi Institute of Technology conducted the review. Yuan Xianming, Executive Deputy General Manager of Daye Peak, led the team and relevant personnel of the consulting unit to report the acceptance work together.

This round of Daye Peak Cleaner Production Review started in January of 2017 10 , passed the report review in 2019 4 May, received the approval of Huangshi Ecological Bureau on 7 July 11 , and passed the expert group review in January, lasting more than two years. In the audit and acceptance stage, after the three-month operation period, Daye Peak started data preparation, report preparation, electronic version of the first draft for review, and continuous communication with the Environmental Protection Bureau from 11 to 14 . On the day of the review and acceptance, the expert group went to the production site of Daye Peak to conduct a detailed inspection and affirmed the cleaner production work of Daye Peak in recent years. Daye Peak passed the review of the cleaner production review and acceptance expert group. Yuan Xianming said that through this review, only the phased work is completed, and Daye Peak will continue to carry out cleaner production and actively improve the level of "energy saving, consumption reduction, pollution reduction and efficiency" of enterprises. In March, the authoritative organization of the cement industry successively released two series of lists of China's top 500 building materials enterprises in 2022 and China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2022. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials. Jianfeng Group ranks 96th among the companies on the list and 27th among the cement manufacturers on the list. On March 16, the awarding ceremony of 2022 China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity list was held in Hangzhou. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
