News In order to further improve the basic management and cultural construction of the enterprise, improve the work quality of all employees, create a good management atmosphere, and create a clean, tidy, comfortable, reasonable and safe working environment and space environment, in the near future, jianfeng Health Technology Company has implemented "6S Management" throughout the factory, namely sorting (SEIRI ), sorting (SEITON ), cleaning (SEISO ), cleaning (SEIKETSU ), literacy (SHITSUKE ) and safety (SECURITY ).
On the basis of participating in the visit and study of the Golden Horse Factory organized by the group company, on the 29th of July , 11 , Jianfeng Health specially organized the workshop and team leaders and backbone 20 people of the enterprise department to visit the Golden Horse Factory to learn and exchange 6S management experience, facilitating employees to gain direct sensory touch and cognitive experience of 6S management. After the visit, Jianfeng Health also collected and sorted out the basic management knowledge of 6S and other enterprises' management standards and detailed rules of 6S in offices, workshops and laboratories, organized targeted study and discussion of employees by classification, and offered suggestions and suggestions in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise, raised awareness and unified thinking, and saw the gap add more motivation.
In order to further do a good job in the management of 6S , Jianfeng Health has also set up a 6S management leading group headed by General Manager Chen Daiyou, and set up three 6S management and implementation groups. Each 6S management implementation working group is responsible for the formulation and implementation of 6S management standards and systems within the responsibility area, and carries out daily management, inspection and assessment. Among them, the office environment 6S management system has specific standards and specifications for basic literacy, documents, books, office desktops (countertops), office chairs, drawers, filing cabinets, computers, printers, fax machines, floors, passageways, walkways, garbage baskets, temporary items, public mobile seats, public health, etc.
At present, Peak Health has carried out 6 factory-wide 6S inspections, completing 102 items and 43 items under continuous rectification. Since the implementation of the 6S management system, the overall environment of peak health has been greatly improved, and the management awareness of the whole staff 6S has been significantly improved.
