On the morning of 12# June 12 , Ke Jiabin of Class A of Daye Jianfeng Cement Company reported to the central control room through interphone. The central control operator closes the adjacent valves urgently and reports step by step according to the reporting procedure. After receiving the alarm, Daye Peak quickly started the emergency disposal plan for ammonia leakage.
