Daye Peak Accepts Special Pollution Discharge Inspection of Hubei Province

News 11# July 26 , 12# November 8 , the sampling team composed of the monitoring center station of Hubei Provincial Department of Ecological Environment and the resident inspection team of Hubei Provincial Department of Ecological Environment successively went to Daye Peak Cement Company for special inspection.

July 26 The special inspection was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Implementation Plan of Pollutant Emission Control Permit System, the Measures for the Administration of Pollution Discharge Permit, the Notice on Strengthening the Monitoring of Volatile Organic Compounds in Waste Gas from Fixed Pollution Sources, and the Hubei Ecological Environment Monitoring Plan of 2019 . The sampling team listened to the report on Daye Peak's environmental protection work, and went deep into the site to inspect the production line, material storage area, delivery area and online station building, as well as spot-check the data of flue gas emission points at the kiln tail. The sampling team affirmed the environmental management of Daye Peak, the completion of self-monitoring of environmental protection, and the operation and maintenance of online monitoring equipment. Daye peak garden-like factory environment also left a deep impression on the members of the sampling team.

May 8 Inspection, Tao Yecheng, deputy general manager of daye peak, reported to the resident inspection team on daye peak's environmental protection work in recent years, and accompanied the resident inspection team to the central control room to check the operation of environmental protection facilities such as denitration and desulfurization, and to learn about the unorganized emission control of cement mill and packaging delivery system on the spot. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
