News from our newspaper As a pilot unit for the group company to carry out enterprise standardization construction work, Jianfeng International Trade Company has carried out a series of standardization promotion work in accordance with the Company Standard System and Standard Writing Rules, focusing on improving the enthusiasm and initiative of employees, creating a good business office environment, and improving the operation efficiency of enterprises, thus enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.

10# In October, Jianfeng International Trade organized personnel above the deputy director level to visit Jinma Cement Factory three times to learn and discuss 6S site management experience. At the same time, a mobilization meeting for the promotion of standardization work was held, requiring the heads of all departments to take immediate action and implement their responsibilities. Starting from the three aspects of fixed position management, employee standardization and cognition, safety, environmental protection and health, the national standards of the corresponding industry, the benchmarking of the industry, and the current situation of the enterprise, the system process and the division of responsibilities were sorted out. Jianfeng International Trade also conducts regular and irregular inspections on the implementation of publicity, division of responsibilities, environmental protection and health, potential safety hazards, and management of office space, and links the full amount of assessment results to the employee's capital increase income. In the past month, members of the Jianfeng International Trade team have also led many inspections, on-site assessment, on-site scoring, and implementation of responsibilities. The evaluation results are divided into two-star, three-star, four-star, and five-star. 11# In the April assessment, departments have two stars, 3 departments have three stars, 5 departments have four stars, and no department has five stars. The monthly qualification performance of the two-star department is issued according to 40% , the three-star department is issued according to 70% , and the four-star department is issued according to 100% .

In order to accelerate the standardization of the park, build a boutique park, and further strengthen the management of the park, Jianfeng International Trade has replaced the security team of the park.

12 January 1 , all newly replaced security personnel officially took up their posts after passing knowledge training on safety and park management requirements.

Through a series of inspections, rectification and deployment, the first phase of the standardization work of Jianfeng International Trade has been basically completed, and the fixed management has achieved initial results. Among them, the office staff of Jianfeng Building has basically tried out the fixed management of office, the fixed placement of office desks and chairs, supplies, office cabinets, etc. has been completed, and the cleaning, filing and classification of data and documents have been initially completed. The office environment has been significantly improved; shoe pond warehouse, xiaohuang village warehouse and Jinhua south railway station warehouse office have also implemented fixed location management. fixed location management of operation areas has been launched. various signs and signs in the warehouse are being gradually put in place. some office operation areas such as xiaohuang village warehouse and park electrician room have obvious effects. the classification of operation equipment and tools is clear and neat. environmental sanitation and work order have been greatly improved.
