At first, I felt that as a large-scale and well-managed listed company, the requirements for candidates would definitely be very high, but I still chose to submit my resume and then plucked up the courage to dial the recruitment number. Fortunately, luck is in the hands of the active person, so I came with ideals and hopes. November# July, I am honored to be a member of Guizhou Peak.

There are always countless starting points in life, from the first time you learn to stand to the first time you speak, from the first time you walk out of campus to the first time you start a business. At this moment, this starting point is a new beginning of my career and a turning point in my life. The experience of starting a business has allowed me to maintain a good attitude and the ability to learn independently. After entering the Guizhou Jianfeng group, I often remind myself to maintain a positive and enterprising work attitude.

During the period when I entered the peak, from strangeness to cognition, I was very full every day, which made me deeply realize that the learning process is the most beautiful. During the whole learning process, I had many new experiences and ideas every day. The first thing I took over after joining the job was to clean the office, I remember that the department leader said to me at that time, I was particularly impressed:

"Xiao yang, you must not think that you are a college student, cleaning is wronged you. " In fact, at first I was thinking about this problem myself. I am not a cleaning aunt. Why do I have to do cleaning work? But I also figured it out quickly, because the department didn't arrange too much work for me when I just joined the company. The department leader also explained it to me, because the previous study and work experience are different, it takes a process to be able to complete all the work skillfully in the new unit. Therefore, it is only natural to clean the office and share it with other colleagues when you are not busy.

But sometimes I also feel confused. In addition to cleaning, I look at the relevant information of the company and the files of the staff who don't know where to start. I feel a headache when I think about it. However, in the process of work, I will see more about what others do, listen more to what others say, and think more about what I do. I will not consult Zhu manager and pan yi of the general department. they also took pains to provide me with a lot of advice and help, and then do it myself. finally, I have a more systematic understanding of the work.

Later, the department arranged me to assist my colleagues in sorting out the files and completing the sorting and filing of the previous data. Slowly, I also gradually came into contact with some subsequent daily work. With the guidance and help of other colleagues, I have been able to complete some basic daily work independently.

After joining the job, my biggest feeling is whether I can be qualified for this job. The key is to see my attitude towards the job. If the attitude is right, even if I have not learned before, I can gradually master the knowledge in the job. If you have a bad attitude, you will not do your job well even if you have a knowledge base. Listen more, see more, think more and do more. This

Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association.
