In May, the Group's Security Management Office organized subordinate units to study 6S on-site management in advanced enterprises. I participated in the visit and study activities twice. One was the former Jinma Cement Plant of Jianfeng Group (now a clinker workshop of Southern Cement), and the other was a wheel hub plant of Jinfei Group. Clean environment, fine management, standardized work process, rigorous and meticulous on-site management, and the working concept of "only for success, not for difficulties" are the deep impression left by the two factories.
Golden Horse Factory is a company established in 1996 , which is similar to the establishment time of our cable company. It was my first time to go there since I cooperated with China Building Materials and the Golden Horse Factory was assigned to Southern Cement, which completely overturned my impression of the cement factory. In the factory area, the cement floor is so clean that there is not a grain of dust, as if it has been washed by water for a long time, and it is so smooth that it emits a unique bright light of the cement floor. All kinds of items in the machine repair workshop are placed in a fixed position, as if each item has its own home, orderly and neatly placed in the wire frame of the sign, and all the tools are arranged from large to small and from long to short, just like soldiers in line. The sound of the machine in the ball mill workshop rumbles, and the painted ground is as clean as a mirror, which can shine on people and give people a refreshing feeling everywhere. After careful communication and exchange with the staff, we learned that their work standards are high, the management system is strict, and the basic work is real. The leaders of the Golden Horse Factory said that they have made great efforts in removing stubborn dirt, using innovative ideas, and through technological transformation, they have eliminated many links that produce dust and garbage. The on-site environment has become refreshing, and the time for sanitation has not been more than before, but has become easier. In the process of reform, the company's production capacity, quality and efficiency are in the forefront of China Building Materials Group. Therefore, starting from small things and changing the environment will make good products with lean management thinking.
In the standardized workshop in the factory area of Zhejiang Jinfei Machinery Group Kaida Wheel Hub Co., Ltd., the elaborate management billboard attracted me deeply. Safety risk notification boards, product process flow charts, non-conforming product handling flow charts, product qualification rate management billboards, and distribution maps of responsible persons of equipment TPM are set up beside the sidewalks in each workshop (TPM is the English abbreviation of "full production and maintenance", that is, the production and maintenance system in which all personnel participate). TPM requires production maintenance activities from leaders to workers, including all departments, and based on group activities. TPM involves the life-long maintenance of the equipment, the maintenance of various parts and the improvement of the entire working environment, with the purpose of improving the overall efficiency of the equipment. This kind of publicity is what we lack. The equipment of the cable company is old and the maintenance force is relatively weak, so it is very urgent for the whole staff to participate in the production and maintenance. In standardized management, the participation of all employees will make the system of the whole enterprise sound, and sound system management will also make the behavior of employees more standardized and professional.
The on-site environment of these two companies is jaw-dropping. Some people may say that they have abundant funds and large investment in hardware construction. This is certainly one aspect. Standardization construction and first-class creation cannot be backed by funds, but funds are not What falls from the sky, what supports them is a spirit, the spirit of "striving for first-class, to integrate this spirit into the construction of corporate culture, safety production management, operation management, equipment maintenance management and other aspects, with scientific management to achieve, their experience and practices are worthy of our study and study.
