9 April 23 , Yunnan peak opened the warehouse door and dug up the cement blocked at the warehouse opening with a hoe after completing the approval form for limited space operation. as the material on both sides was higher than that of the warehouse door, for safety reasons, the staff took the warehouse door as the center and widened both sides step by step to form steps to prevent the top material from sliding down, according to this method, a road about 1.5 meters wide was dug up to extend straight to the center of the warehouse, and then a shovel was used to return to 42.5 . after everyone's efforts, the road was finally dug through at about 5 that afternoon.
After detecting the oxygen content in the warehouse, the staff went into the warehouse along this road and checked the actual situation of the material with flashlights and safety lights: the material in the whole warehouse was in a slope shape, the material layer on the side near the warehouse door was higher and thicker, and the opposite side of the warehouse door was relatively lower and thinner. As the decompression cone pillar in the center of the warehouse collapsed, the cone cover was at the blanking port, and the decompression cone only exposed about 1/3, there are different sizes of suspended materials on the steel frame of the warehouse wall higher than the material layer. In addition, the materials are dug from high to bottom to the center of the warehouse at the bottom. Many difficulties such as large dust emission and poor sight bring great pressure to the safety of the warehouse digging work.
Based on the actual situation of the above-mentioned materials in the warehouse, on the day of 9 , 24 , Yunnan Peak worked out a preliminary arrangement: use a sledgehammer to knock off the materials suspended at the corresponding parts on the outer wall of the warehouse, at least four safety lights in the warehouse, make lifting rings with safety ropes on the steel frame on the inner wall of the warehouse, and the warehouse digging personnel wear protective glasses, dust masks and safety belts, special personnel shall be assigned to monitor and command the scene in the warehouse. After the approval form for limited space operation is completed every day, all warehouse digging personnel shall hold a safety meeting before warehousing, repeatedly emphasizing the operation requirements, special circumstances and emergency handling in the operation.
Clearing and digging a warehouse is a dangerous and very hard work. At the beginning, due to the large slope gradient, large dust, low visibility, and the collapsed cone cover at the blanking port, the blanking was slow, and seven or eight people could not do 20 minutes, so they had to go out of the warehouse to rest. Sometimes when dealing with more dangerous places, separate operations or regional operations are carried out in a targeted manner. In this way, it took 8 days to work. With everyone's efforts, the excavation of 4 cement warehouse, repair of decompression cone and maintenance of fluidization rod were successfully completed on 9 January 30 . In the production process of low-alkali cement, Daye Peak changed the traditional scheme of using high-grade sandstone ingredients alone to replace part of the sandstone and part of the iron correction material with iron ore waste soil, which not only controlled the alkali content in the clinker, but also increased the Al2O3 content in the clinker, ensuring the easy burnability and high early strength of the clinker. Innovation has also been made in the raw material batching scheme, breaking the original high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together and changing them to separate batching of high-grade and low-grade sandstones respectively, thus avoiding the disadvantage of easy material segregation in the process of high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together. At the same time, the original four-component batching is changed to five-component batching, so that low-alkali clinker can be freely switched, which is convenient for production organization and production cost. On the basis of a series of innovative achievements, Daye Peak declared four invention patents in 2019: "a technology for producing clinker from gas sludge and dust collection in steel mills", "a method for treating sludge in machine-made sand mills", "an improvement in raw material batching method" and "a technology for producing low cement from iron ore mining waste soil", all of which have high practical value.
