Daye Peak has a total of 24 belt scales. The speed measuring encoder has been installed on the shaft surface at one end of the belt supporting wheel through soft connection. The rotation of the supporting wheel is driven by belt pressure, and the surface of the supporting wheel is deformed due to long-term friction, resulting in damage to the soft connection and the belt running but the supporting wheel not rotating, which affects the speed measurement. For this reason, Daye Peak upgraded the speed measuring encoder. The speed measuring encoder was moved from the supporting wheel to the tail wheel of the belt and installed in a fixed bracket and connected to the tail wheel through soft connection. The modified speed measuring encoder runs smoothly, has no vibration, is accurate in speed measurement and is not easy to damage the soft connection, ensuring the accuracy of belt feeding.
