This training was personally taught by Chairman Jiang Xiaomeng and General Manager Yu Jianhong of the Group Company. Chairman Jiang Xiaomeng takes "Management Skills Improvement and Team Building" as the theme, and comprehensively and systematically interprets the connotation and essence of management from the aspects of what is management, management theory and methods, manager quality requirements, team building and development, etc., as well as the management skills and knowledge that managers need to possess. He also combined with his own years of enterprise management experience, targeted analysis of the practical problems encountered in the process of enterprise development, and shared with the students.
General Manager Yu Jianhong describes the competitive environment, concepts and methods of modern enterprises from five aspects: competitive strategy and current enterprise competitive situation, characteristics and types of core competitive advantages, nature and laws of market and enterprise operation, internal problems and external threats faced by the company, and how to improve the core competitive advantages of the company.
This training is rich in content, large in information and unique in point of view. Compared with the previous teaching by external teachers, it is more in line with the actual situation of the enterprise and is conducive to the acceptance of the students.
