The overhaul started on January 22 of 9 . After careful arrangement and deployment, Yunnan Peak successfully completed the overhaul task of 32 days on the premise of safety and accident-free according to the reservation plan and schedule. This is an overhaul with the greatest difficulty, the longest maintenance time, the most complicated project, many construction teams and the largest number of cross operations since Yunnan peak was put into production. it focuses on the thorough renovation and overhaul of key parts such as the transformation of preheater resistance reduction, the transformation of the third-generation grate cooler to the fourth-generation grate cooler, kiln system, raw meal mill, coal pipe mill seal lock air valve, etc.
In order to complete the task as planned for this overhaul, Yunnan Jianfeng drew up a scientific and effective construction plan in advance, signed a schedule, quality, safety and time task completion agreement with all construction parties, and prepared spare parts in advance. Prepare sufficient clinker inventory in advance to ensure normal production and sales of cement during overhaul. In the production process of low-alkali cement, Daye Peak changed the traditional scheme of using high-grade sandstone ingredients alone to replace part of the sandstone and part of the iron correction material with iron ore waste soil, which not only controlled the alkali content in the clinker, but also increased the Al2O3 content in the clinker, ensuring the easy burnability and high early strength of the clinker. Innovation has also been made in the raw material batching scheme, breaking the original high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together and changing them to separate batching of high-grade and low-grade sandstones respectively, thus avoiding the disadvantage of easy material segregation in the process of high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together. At the same time, the original four-component batching is changed to five-component batching, so that low-alkali clinker can be freely switched, which is convenient for production organization and production cost.
