When assigning tasks and explaining safety precautions, the project leader and safety officer must be concentrated and focused, and strive to make every employee show the best mental outlook when taking up their posts, to ensure the maintenance, construction safety production.

Project leaders and safety officers can make obvious prompts and safety warnings at different locations for different equipment on site. The safety officer should be careful and meticulous, check each operation point frequently, adjust and coordinate in time when finding high-altitude operation and three-dimensional cross operation, and always keep each operation point within the controllable range.
