The invention designs and adopts a new synthesis process route, which can effectively reduce the cost of raw materials, the reactions are mostly aqueous phase reactions, the energy consumption and three waste emissions are reduced by about 35% , the industrialization conditions are optimized, the product quality is improved, and it is applied to industrial mass production, which is conducive to the production of high-quality and low-cost erlotinib hydrochloride drugs and the economic burden of patients is reduced.
