After nearly two months of on-site production and central control study, I have a general understanding of the cement production process, which can be simply divided into raw material preparation, clinker calcination, cement grinding, waste gas treatment and waste heat power generation. After the guidance of the master, know the simple principle and location of the equipment, process parameters, safety protection, etc. When dealing with problems on the spot, what we see is the local process. When learning and operating in the central control, it is the overall control of the system. The key point is to ensure safety, operate carefully and patiently according to the procedures, perform their own duties, and do their own jobs. When studying on the spot, one should not be afraid of being dirty and tired and combine work with rest. When we came, the weather was relatively hot, and some equipment broke down during the period. We took advantage of the maintenance period to study hard, integrate theory with practice, and truly understand the principle of the equipment. I used to clean up the coal mill rotor scale with two female students. Only after opening it did I know the structure inside, so that I could combine the data and know the working principle and direction.
