Without real understanding and contact, cement enterprises are dusty in my imagination, with high labor intensity, poor air and environmental pollution. When I got off the bus from Guizhou to Daye Peak and saw the blue sky, green trees, lawns, fountain pools and clean and tidy equipment area in the factory area, it completely overturned my understanding of cement enterprises. During the training period, I learned and personally realized that Jianfeng cement is a modern enterprise integrating environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, and efficient production. I feel that it is very good to join the big group of Jianfeng.

After nearly two months of on-site production and central control study, I have a general understanding of the cement production process, which can be simply divided into raw material preparation, clinker calcination, cement grinding, waste gas treatment and waste heat power generation. After the guidance of the master, know the simple principle and location of the equipment, process parameters, safety protection, etc. When dealing with problems on the spot, what we see is the local process. When learning and operating in the central control, it is the overall control of the system. The key point is to ensure safety, operate carefully and patiently according to the procedures, perform their own duties, and do their own jobs. When studying on the spot, one should not be afraid of being dirty and tired and combine work with rest. When we came, the weather was relatively hot, and some equipment broke down during the period. We took advantage of the maintenance period to study hard, integrate theory with practice, and truly understand the principle of the equipment. I used to clean up the coal mill rotor scale with two female students. Only after opening it did I know the structure inside, so that I could combine the data and know the working principle and direction. Although the whole body is covered with coal ash after that, what does it matter? Black is a little black, which also proves that we did not live in vain.

If you don't understand, ask your master more and take more notes to improve your ability. During my study in central control, I will run more on the scene and be familiar with the process and equipment. when the equipment jumps and stops, I will go to the scene with the master to understand the situation, watch how the master operates and deals with it, and then I will actively participate.

In the process of training and learning, safety is also very important. Safety is regarded as a habit and runs through the study of production and life. Under the guidance of the master, observe more and wear safety protection devices. For example, what safety matters should be paid attention to when cleaning the smoking room? Only by personally participating according to the rules can we deepen the safety impression and learn the successful experience of operation. Because I have never been in contact with the cement industry, and I am very unfamiliar with the equipment for cement production. It is difficult to learn and I ask more questions. But Master Yu always answered patiently. If there is something I really can't understand, he will draw pictures on the ground until I understand it. In this way, I have accumulated from ignorance to understanding and then to familiarity. In the process of inspection, we will also take pictures of the problems found or the places that we can't understand, add written instructions, and send them to the wechat group. After work, we will return to the dormitory for communication and discussion, learn from each other, learn from each other, and spend every day happily and fully.

Another example is: in the preparation of raw meal, the laboratory reports that the ferric oxide is lower than the required range value. As an operator, if you add up the percentage of the given ratio of iron-containing steel slag, but do not take into account the poor grindability of steel slag and do not reduce the given amount of material in roller press grinding, this will lead to a sharp rise in the steady flow position and cannot be controlled. A series of problems such as excessive material fineness and affecting kiln firing quality. Therefore, as a central controller, you must be careful, bold, and fast.
