Dr. Ni Qinxue is an associate professor and master's supervisor in the school of agriculture and food science of Zhejiang agriculture and Forestry University. His main research directions are food mechanism and prevention and control of chronic diseases, intensive processing and comprehensive utilization of agricultural products. In recent years, he has presided over a number of National Natural Science Foundation projects, provincial and ministerial projects, and published more than 27 papers.
