News 8# July 23 , Group Company Organized a Training on Legal Professional Knowledge.
This training invited Zhu Jianhui, the group's legal consultant and Zhejiang Yijian Law Firm, to give a lecture. In view of the contract legal problems commonly encountered by various units in the process of production and operation, lawyer Zhu Jianhui combined with practical cases and adopted an easy-to-understand way to explain in detail the form and conclusion of the contract, the content and terms of the contract, the performance and effectiveness of the contract, the change and termination of the contract, and the liability for breach of contract. At the meeting, lawyer Zhu Jianhui also conducted on-site Q & A interaction and answered questions about the contract encountered by the trainees in their daily work.
Group's business personnel (supervisors), contract review (management) and other relevant personnel of various units in Jin participated in the training.
