High Voltage Motor Cooling System Renovation
News Recently, daye peak cement company completed the cooling system renovation of two cement mill main motors, 3 roller press dynamic fixed roller main motor, coal mill main motor and other high voltage motors. After a week of operation, the cooling effect is remarkable.
In 2008 , the high-voltage motor used when Daye Peak built the factory was the old-fashioned 8 motor before improvement. The cooling system adopted the fan blade installed on the rotor of the motor. Because the rotating speed of 8 motor was 741 rpm / minutes, the cooling effect was poor, causes the motor winding temperature to approach 100 ℃ . In order to avoid excessive temperature to accelerate the aging of winding insulation and ensure the safe operation of high-voltage motors, Daye Peak reformed the cooling system of high-voltage motors, removed the fan blades on the rotor, and installed 2 2 mixed-flow fans on the cooler. Due to the fast speed and large air volume of the 2 motor, the cooling effect is remarkable. Its use has reduced the winding temperature of the motor by about 20 ℃ , effectively ensuring the safe operation of the high-voltage motor. (Shi Zhangliang)
