The review and acceptance was mainly carried out through three parts: on-site inspection, data review, and discussion and exchange. The acceptance team listened to the reports of project construction, design, safety facility completion acceptance evaluation, installation and other units on the project construction, and At the meeting, sufficient communication and exchange were conducted, and it was believed that the project's production technology was commonly used, equipment was mature, stable and reliable, and had the conditions for safety facility completion acceptance. At the same time, it also puts forward some suggestions. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Factory immediately arranged the rectification and implementation according to the review opinions. After the rectification is completed and confirmed by experts, it can pass the completion acceptance of the safety facilities and file with the Emergency Management Bureau of the Development Zone.

After the technical transformation of the project is completed, the recovery application of higher purity ethanol mother liquor will be realized, the recovery rate will be improved, the production cost will be saved, the pressure of wastewater treatment will be reduced, the cost of environmental protection treatment will be reduced, and the requirements of national clean production will be better met.
