News from our newspaper Recently, Simao District Emergency Management Bureau organized relevant personnel to set up a supervision team to carry out limited space operation and special supervision on safety in production of dust-related explosion enterprises in Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company.
The on-site inspection team and software team of the supervision group carry out special supervision work from the aspects of safety permit, safety rules and regulations, personnel training and certification, special operation permit management, major hazard source management, emergency and accident rescue, safety of buildings and structures, safety of equipment and facilities, etc. of key enterprises by means of listening to reports, checking data, on-site inspection, discussion and exchange, etc.
In this inspection, the inspection team also randomly selected 15 front-line employee representatives to participate in the on-site examination and on-site question and answer, including limited space and dust explosion-related hazard factors and basic prevention and control measures, safety management, operation safety requirements, emergency rescue of safety accidents and on-site first aid, etc. In this way, we should further strengthen the safety management of enterprises, promote enterprises to implement the main responsibility of production safety, effectively prevent and curb the occurrence of dust related explosion and limited space operation enterprise accidents, and ensure the stability of enterprise safety production situation.
