In order to complete the safety disclosure work before the technical renovation and overhaul of the preheater and grate cooler, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, based on the safety management system, operating procedures and laws and regulations, went deep into each workshop to conduct a comprehensive investigation and sorting of the production process, various hazard source identification and risk evaluation, and risk factors on the operation site, focus on the "Limited Space Work Permit", "High Altitude Work Permit", "No Fire Zone Hot Work Safety Permit" and other eight dangerous work permits to focus on explanation and training. At the training meeting, the safety work tasks during equipment maintenance were emphasized, and all outsourcing and outsourcing units were required to do a good job in "safety confirmation before equipment shutdown and maintenance" and "safety inspection confirmation before startup and commissioning" to effectively strengthen safety production. At the meeting, the outsourcing team full-time and part-time security officers also put forward their own opinions and suggestions according to the actual situation.

Safety technical disclosure enables construction workers to more correctly understand the importance of safe production. The personnel who were revealed at the scene said that the safety technical disclosure further improved their safety awareness, ensured strict compliance with various operating procedures in future construction operations, and prevented the occurrence of safety accidents. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
