Among them, technical standards are the provisions of various technical conditions related to production, including product standards, semi-finished product standards, raw material standards, equipment standards, process standards, packaging standards, safety technical standards, environmental protection and health standards, equipment maintenance standards, etc.; management standards are important measures to achieve technical standards, it involves business decision-making management, production management, technical management, quality management, planning management, personnel management, financial management, equipment management, marketing management, and the management of standardization itself; work standards are standards for work matters that need to be coordinated and unified. It is a person-oriented regulation on the scope of work, responsibilities, authority and work quality; the visual identification standard of enterprise image is specially designed with pattern logo, standard word and standard color as the core to form a complete and systematic enterprise vision system.

As standardization construction is a complex and huge systematic project, the company requires the four pilot units to set up standardization committees with the general manager as the person in charge, and organize specialized personnel to comprehensively sort out the existing rules and regulations, quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system documents; all kinds of standards formulated, especially technical standards, it must not be lower than the national and industry standards, and have a certain degree of advancement and foresight; it is necessary to simultaneously establish an assessment system that matches the standards to ensure the effective implementation of the standards.

According to the company's standardization pilot work schedule, the four pilot units must complete the preparation, review, release, publicity and implementation of technical standards, management standards and working standards before the end of 2019 .
