Yunnan Jianfeng Becomes Class II Cleaner Production Enterprise

The on-site audit was led by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. The audit and acceptance team composed of relevant personnel from the Pu'er Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Simao District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and industry experts conducted on-site inspections of the cleaner production work in Yunnan Jianfeng according to the Guidelines for the Implementation of Cleaner Production Qualification Audit, Evaluation and Acceptance of Key Enterprises. Zhou Jiping, general manager of Yunnan Jianfeng, introduced to the expert group the basic situation of the enterprise, the construction of environmental protection, occupational health and safety management organization system, the implementation plan of qualified enterprises for cleaner production and the expected economic benefits. By carefully consulting the relevant documents of cleaner production of enterprises, the expert group conducted on-the-spot inspection of 25 non-low-cost schemes and 2 medium and high-cost schemes involved in the cleaner production audit.

After on-site review, the members of the expert group agreed that the leaders of Yunnan Jianfeng enterprises attach great importance to it and voluntarily carry out cleaner production audits in accordance with the Cleaner Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China Province and the Cleaner Production Promotion Regulations of Yunnan Province. The environmental protection organization is sound, the acceptance materials are fully prepared, and the cleaner production audit plan is fully implemented, which has achieved certain environmental and economic benefits. In particular, passed the mandatory cleaner production acceptance by the provincial environmental protection department at the end of 2015 . Through the implementation of continuous clean production, enterprises have made significant progress in "energy saving, consumption reduction, pollution reduction and efficiency enhancement", the comprehensive energy consumption has been significantly reduced, and the main waste discharge has been significantly reduced. According to expert evaluation, Yunnan Jianfeng scored 97.46 in this on-site evaluation, and the cleaner production level was rated as Grade II, that is, an advanced cleaner production enterprise.
