After discussion, combined with the current widespread application of WeChat in work, there are driver WeChat groups for delivery, logistics information groups for procurement, and acceptance groups for site acceptance. The staff of the Environmental Security Department agreed that this is a very good safety knowledge publicity platform. As for the mode of transmission, the most convenient is, of course, "sweep" it.

As a result, the staff of the Environmental Security Department found their own information and made two illustrated publicity courseware, "Ten Prohibitions on Driver Safety and Civilization" and "Traffic Safety Knowledge Training", which were shared in WeChat group through two-dimensional codes. As soon as this new publicity method was "released", it was well received by drivers. Only two days after the "driver safety and civilization are not allowed" was launched, the scanning volume reached more than 200, and the vehicle order in the factory area has also improved a lot.

Now, in addition to sharing in various work WeChat groups, two-dimensional codes of safety knowledge will also be posted in places where there is a large flow of people, such as Daye Peak Delivery Room. Drivers can obtain the safety publicity content compiled by the Environmental Security Department by scanning it while waiting for the formalities. Moreover, through the management platform, the environmental safety department can also carry out statistical analysis on the scanning quantity and track and understand the learning situation. Not only that, the workshop team can also carry out corresponding safety publicity and training among employees through the two-dimensional code. In the next step, the Ministry of Environmental Security plans to further sort out the business process and safety publicity of the factory area, and compile the data to be released and updated in time through two-dimensional codes, so that everyone can obtain safety knowledge more conveniently and quickly, thus improving the safety management level of Daye Peak.
