Daye Peak Officially Supplies Huang-Huang High-speed Railway Project
News Recently, with the start-up of Daye Peak Cement Company's Bulk 6 Warehouse as a special warehouse for Huang-Huang High-speed Railway, Daye Peak has won the bid to officially start the cooperative supply of the newly-built Huang (Mei) Huang (Zhou) Railway Project in Hubei Section of Shanghai-Chengdu Yanjiang High-Chengdu.
Since late 3 , daye peak has successively won the bid for the Huang-Huang high-speed railway. daye peak leadership attaches great importance to the technical index, production organization, logistics and transportation guarantee, project department docking and other links hold a weekly meeting. In view of the low-alkali cement required to be supplied by the high-speed railway project, the manufacturing department, quality control department, marketing department, purchasing department, mining and other departments were organized to hold several special meetings to repeatedly deduce and discuss various details in the production of low-alkali cement. From the source mine to the logistics transportation to the construction site, the whole process is controlled in all directions to ensure the supply is safe. Due to the uncertainty of the cement start-up time of the high-speed railway project, daye peak inverted production plan, in order to ensure that low-alkali clinker can be produced, various departments will implement the division of labor according to the requirements of the meeting, the manufacturing department will reserve high calcium and low-alkali limestone for special preparation of low-alkali clinker, the purchasing department will screen and reserve good materials for raw materials, and the quality control department will adjust the technical indicators in time according to the changes of mine and materials, in 4-5 , when cement delivery was tight, clinker inventory was consciously controlled. After close cooperation of various departments for nearly 3 months, by the end of 6 , there were already more than tons of low-alkali clinker in reserve.
Marketing Department, as the main docking department, has done a lot of preparatory work in the communication and connection with the project department, such as the docking of the construction party, the construction progress of each mixing station, the inspection of logistics and transportation routes and the guarantee plan, etc. Zhou Hongxiang Guang, manager of Huanggang District, who is in charge of the project, has sent samples for inspection not less than 8 times. Some of them have to be sent to the construction site and some have to be consigned to the inspection institutions designated by the construction unit for inspection in Wuhan and Nanjing. As long as the project department makes a phone call, he will be on call. Visit the project department once a week to pay attention to the construction progress and cement usage and establish a good cooperation relationship. The project is located in three counties and cities of Qichun, Xishui and Huangzhou in Huanggang, with long lines, poor road conditions and complex surrounding environment of the construction site. In order to overcome the characteristics of long transportation distance, concentrated high-speed railway construction period and large consumption, Daye Peak has compared the prices of several transportation teams, organized many on-site inspections, and formulated several sets of guaranteed supply lines and emergency plans.
As of 7 January 10 , the Huang-Huang high-speed railway has started 2 bid sections and 3 mixing stations. The cement use has exceeded 5 thousand tons in more than 10 days. Subsequent projects will be started one after another and the supply will gradually increase. Daye Jianfeng will also continue to strengthen the smooth cooperation with the national key project Huanghuang high-speed railway to provide high-quality products and efficient services.
