, the combustible gas alarm in the peak health control room issued a sharp alarm sound, and the workshop post inspector found that there was a leak at the valve connection of the original alcohol storage tank. Because the original alcohol storage tank contains about 7 tons of alcohol with a concentration of 95%, the surrounding 7 storage tanks also contain alcohol with different concentrations. In order to prevent the further spread of the accident, Spike Health immediately launched an emergency rescue plan and organized the evacuation of employees. At the same time, some personnel of the project rescue team go to the fire pump room to open the fire water supply valve, and always pay attention to the water level of the fire pool and the operation of the fire pump, and the rest of the personnel rush to the accident site to transfer alcohol; the fire fighting and rescue team dilute the leaked alcohol; the environmental protection team goes to the rain gate to close the 1 cut-off valve and open the cut-off valve, open the emergency pool pump … All emergency rescue teams start rescue work in an orderly manner. After emergency rescue, the engineering rescue team successfully transferred the alcohol to the alcohol allocation tank, and at the same time flushed the original alcohol storage tank to eliminate the risk of leakage.

In order to test the operability of the emergency plan for sudden alcohol leakage and improve the effectiveness of the emergency management system, emergency organization and emergency material facilities, Peak Health organized the alcohol leakage emergency drill to further clarify the responsibilities and emergency action procedures of each emergency team.
