6# May 20 , 21 , I attended the training course for Party branch secretaries (Party affairs staff) of state-owned enterprises in Jinhua City, I listened to the lectures and experiences given by the leaders of the Jinhua SASAC Party Committee and the professors of the Jinhua Municipal Party School on "Regulations on the Work of CPC Branches ", "How Grass-roots Party Branches Play a Role in Production and Operation " and "Lecture on Practical Knowledge of Party Building " . The teaching of teachers has both theoretical height and practical value. Through training and study, I further improved my ideological understanding and broadened my horizons. I not only saw my own gap, but also understood the responsibilities of a party worker. Next, I would like to talk about some experiences of this study and training:

1. the combination of party building work and business management is the vitality of party building work.

The concept of enterprise operation and development must always run through the entire grassroots party building work, correctly handle the relationship between grassroots party building and business operations, build a party building team around the central task of enterprise operation, and serve the overall development of the enterprise. To change the situation of party branch secretaries in party class activities, encourage ordinary party members to give speeches or discussions in party classes or other organizational life in the form of "today I give lectures " on their personal understanding of theoretical knowledge or difficulties and problems encountered in daily work, so as to exercise, improve and improve the quality and ability of ordinary party members, and promote the growth and progress of ordinary party members at the grass-roots level.
