6# May 20 , 21 , I attended the training course for Party branch secretaries (Party affairs staff) of state-owned enterprises in Jinhua City, I listened to the lectures and experiences given by the leaders of the Jinhua SASAC Party Committee and the professors of the Jinhua Municipal Party School on "Regulations on the Work of CPC Branches ", "How Grass-roots Party Branches Play a Role in Production and Operation " and "Lecture on Practical Knowledge of Party Building " . The teaching of teachers has both theoretical height and practical value. Through training and study, I further improved my ideological understanding and broadened my horizons. I not only saw my own gap, but also understood the responsibilities of a party worker. Next, I would like to talk about some experiences of this study and training:

1. the combination of party building work and business management is the vitality of party building work.

The concept of enterprise operation and development must always run through the entire grassroots party building work, correctly handle the relationship between grassroots party building and business operations, build a party building team around the central task of enterprise operation, and serve the overall development of the enterprise. Therefore, the party building work of enterprises in the new period is not only to organize party members and cadres to strengthen the party's political theory study in the new period, and to implement the party's line, principles and policies in the new period, but also to consciously integrate the goal of enterprise development into all aspects and links of enterprise party building work, so as to achieve what kind of ideological understanding and mental state is needed for enterprise development, the party building work of the enterprise strives to carry forward and cultivate what kind of quality, ability and work style, and what kind of problems and obstacles the enterprise encounters in its business, the party building work of the enterprise will take the initiative to discover and help solve them. To avoid the disadvantages of Party building work "emphasizing form, neglecting substance, emphasizing single grasp and neglecting combination " , when carrying out activities "three meetings and one lesson " and other Party building activities, timely integrate the difficulties faced by the current enterprise production and operation and the problems that need to be solved urgently, and strive to help solve the actual difficulties and problems of the enterprise, combine ideological and theoretical study with solving practical problems, and enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of party building activities such as ", three meetings and one lesson " . Give full play to the political core role of party organizations in enterprises, enhance the vitality of enterprise party building work, ensure the implementation of enterprise development goals and tasks, and use this to test the actual effectiveness of enterprise party building work.

2. adhere to the "people-oriented " principle to promote the all-round development of grassroots party members.

Adhere to the principle and spirit of "People-oriented " , handle the relationship between party building and party members, and respect the dominant position of party members in party building work. Efforts should be made to help party members solve the difficulties in their study, work, and life, so that they can feel the warmth of the party organization, enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the party organization, encourage party members to persist in learning all kinds of theoretical and professional knowledge, and provide them with necessary guarantees and conditions. To change the situation of party branch secretaries in party class activities, encourage ordinary party members to give speeches or discussions in party classes or other organizational life in the form of "today I give lectures " on their personal understanding of theoretical knowledge or difficulties and problems encountered in daily work, so as to exercise, improve and improve the quality and ability of ordinary party members, and promote the growth and progress of ordinary party members at the grass-roots level. Through education, guidance and training, we should absorb all kinds of outstanding talents into the party organizations. At the same time, we should encourage party members and cadres to participate in all kinds of learning and training and become technical experts in various posts. We should make grass-roots party organizations a gathering place and growth place for outstanding talents, create an atmosphere of respecting talents, labor and creativity, promote enterprises to improve economic benefits, and enhance their comprehensive competitive strength. Truly reflect the role of the party organization as a fighting fortress, promote enterprises to become stronger, better and bigger.

3. the overall planning of the organization of the party's labor union, and promote the comprehensive, coordinated and harmonious development of grass-roots party building.

Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

In order to encourage industrial and commercial enterprises in the region to improve their production safety, daye municipal government set up a special fund in 2015, stipulating that 200000 yuan will be awarded to those who pass the secondary safety standardization review before December 31, 2015. It is understood that among the industrial and commercial enterprises in daye city, there were 4 enterprises that applied for and passed the examination in 2015, but only daye peak passed the examination before December. On November 1, daye peak post inspection officially started full operation, starting from the limestone storage yard at the source of the production line to the cement storage. the original 15 posts were merged, and the best experienced mechanics, electricians and post workers were transferred to form a large inspection class, which was mainly responsible for on-site emergency disposal and post routine maintenance to ensure the normal production of the whole production line. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
