Overview of 1. Disposal of Assets
2018 12 25 , the 10th 8 Board Meeting of Zhejiang Jianfeng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") passed the "Proposal on Disposal of Assets by Holding Subsidiaries". The Jinhuashan Tourism Economic Zone Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Jinhuashan Economic Management Committee") and the company's holding subsidiary Zhejiang Jianfeng Cement Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jianfeng Cement") signed the "Agreement" to collect the Jianfeng Cement located in Jinhuashan Tourism Economic Zone Management Committee After eliminating backward production capacity, 10 land use rights and other assets, jinhua Mountain Economic Management Committee will compensate the land use right, buildings and structures on the land, seedling greening, etc., with a total compensation of RMB ,11200 . 2018 12 29 , Jianfeng Cement received the first phase of 30% compensation 3360 yuan paid by Jinhua Mountain Economic Management Committee; 2019 3 29 , jianfeng Cement received the second phase 70% compensation 7840 yuan, and Jinhua Mountain Economic Management Committee has paid all compensation to Jianfeng Cement. Recently, Jianfeng Cement learned that the property rights certificates such as real estate and land involved in the disposal of assets have been canceled , has met the income recognition conditions according to the relevant provisions of the Accounting Standards for Enterprises, and has been preliminarily calculated by the Company's Finance Department, the above-mentioned levy compensation matter will increase the income from the disposal of peak cement assets. after deducting taxes, the net profit of peak cement for the current period will increase by about ,7800 yuan. the final amount will be subject to the audit and confirmation results of the accounting firm.
