The central control operator forcibly shuts down according to the emergency shutdown steps of the generator set; the central control of the kiln carries out shutdown operation on the kiln head and kiln tail boilers; the electrical personnel cut off the cables near the fire point, and at the same time, the rescue personnel wear safety protection equipment and use on-site fire extinguishing sand and dry powder fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire point. After the fire is extinguished, the accident site shall be isolated with warning ropes, and special personnel shall be reserved to monitor and prevent re-ignition.
Yunnan peak kiln system production team, central control operator, waste heat power generation central control operator and other relevant personnel participated in the exercise.
