The content of this training includes two parts: regulations and standards related to food production and operation and project management of new products on the market. The training on laws and regulations was given by Bai Bei, quality director of Flanders, including Food Safety Law, measures for the Administration of Food production license, General rules for the examination of Food production license, measures for the Administration of Daily Supervision and Inspection of Food production and Operation, Advertising Law and other major relevant standards involved in enterprise production, by explaining the strict requirements of the Food Safety Law on each key post and the penalties for violating laws and regulations, to all employees in the ideological understanding of the food safety production of this string. The training on project management was conducted by Wei Hongjun, vice chairman of Flanders, who analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Flanders in the new situation, as well as the opportunities and challenges it faces, and stressed that it is necessary to open up ideas while practicing internal skills in order to achieve the strategic goal of this turning point.
