Flanders conducts food safety related training

News In order to further improve the awareness of food safety laws and regulations of all employees and ensure that the new products to be launched meet the requirements and specifications of the Food Safety Law, 5# August 20 , 21 , tianjin Jianfeng Flanders Company organized a two-day comprehensive training for all employees.

The content of this training includes two parts: regulations and standards related to food production and operation and project management of new products on the market. The training on laws and regulations was given by Bai Bei, quality director of Flanders, including Food Safety Law, measures for the Administration of Food production license, General rules for the examination of Food production license, measures for the Administration of Daily Supervision and Inspection of Food production and Operation, Advertising Law and other major relevant standards involved in enterprise production, by explaining the strict requirements of the Food Safety Law on each key post and the penalties for violating laws and regulations, to all employees in the ideological understanding of the food safety production of this string. The training on project management was conducted by Wei Hongjun, vice chairman of Flanders, who analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Flanders in the new situation, as well as the opportunities and challenges it faces, and stressed that it is necessary to open up ideas while practicing internal skills in order to achieve the strategic goal of this turning point. , the employees were divided into two groups, playing the roles of Party A and Party B respectively for the processing and production of new products. Each group designed its own project plan. Everyone expressed their own opinions and planned carefully to integrate the requirements of the food safety law into the design of the project plan and strive to be true. After the project is planned, each group will send someone to explain to further clarify the work requirements and job division for project start-up, project implementation and project settlement. In the process of full interaction, by completing the work decomposition and responsibility decomposition of the new product project, colleagues further understand the content of the next step and their own responsibilities.
