Daye Peak Loading Road Renovation

2 this year, Daye Peak officially started the renovation of loading lane equipment and dust control. Remove the 1# belt and 2# belt motor roller in the loading lane, install gears on the 2 belt head roller and 1 belt tail roller respectively, connect them with chains, and drive both belts by the same motor at the same time. The dust collector and dust collector fan on the original driveway are moved to the roof. The belt corridor of each loading lane is sealed with square steel, glass and colored steel tiles, connected with two newly added high-power fans and dust collectors through pipelines, and moved to the original dust collector on the roof for secondary dust collection in the loading lane at the same time.

This transformation not only reduces the failure rate of equipment, improves the delivery volume, but also provides a clean working environment for employees. (Shi Zhangliang)
