I became a tree, a tree that only grew for five minutes. I was motionless, facing the street lamp. My eyes are curiously looking around, surrounded by quite a few of my "kindred " , those trees standing straight and not saying a word. Some of them are covered with green leaves, some have dried up. However, I saw those dry trees, gave birth to a green hope.
I looked up, and the thin branches formed a black crisscross under the gray sky, dense, like cracks in a broken window. The sky also seems to have cracked.
Under my feet are clumps of green grass. They are covered with thick "quilt " , and layers of fallen leaves are spread on the grass. I have never understood why the ancients felt very desolate after seeing fallen leaves and flowers. In my eyes, the fallen leaves are also a unique beauty. It is spring now, and the fallen flowers and leaves will soon grow again. And the messenger of nature - winter jasmine, is preparing for the arrival of spring.
In such a quiet morning, there are many visitors. On the edge of the river sat a fisherman, the shimmering surface of the river making his buoy erratic.
Standing in the woods is also a different experience. Birds are singing and "rustling " sounds from leaves to leaves. Several naughty squirrels are often seen chasing and playing. This is the movement of nature. Breathing fresh air, a breeze blowing to feel no chill, leaving only a fresh. The tall buildings in the distance seem to have a barrier with you.
